How to Configure Modems to Nigerian Network Service Provider

Assuming you are using a Universal Modem or probably you Unlocked Your Modem to use any other SIM Network Service, but find it difficult to configure your Modem with any of the Nigerian networks, then this guide is for you. All Modems follow the same basic principle of configuration which I would outline below.

Note that without creating a Networks profile for your new sim, you can’t connect with the SIM and that’s the reason for this post.

How to Configure a Modems to Use MTN, GLO, ETISALAT & AIRTEL

Here is how to configure a Modem, Create a Profile for SIM Network Services, and connect to the internet with the network.

--Locate where to create a Network Profile in your Modems program interface, most modems have it at
Tools > Options > Profile Management.
--Click on New, or something similar to create anew Settings. You would be required to fill in the Access Point Name (APN), Username, Password.
* Note that in all configurations, you are to select Static APN and not Dynamic APN.
Let me give you a run down on what to fill in those spaces above for each Network.
